Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive all section wise monthly, quarterly and annual procurement plan as per budget.
∎ Monitor all section plan VS Actual as per procurement plan.
∎ Received Requisition, Check specification, budget etc. Send RFQ, Prepare CS and Issue PO.
∎ Taking initiative to resolve and reduce the gap of defect delivery, short delivery, late / advance delivery.
∎ Supplier Development, Procurement Process improvement.
∎ Ensure Supplier Legal document, Enlistment process, Anti-Bribery Contract, NDA as per BHL and Bangladesh and Bangladesh government requirement.
∎ Continue counter source to ensure market competitive cost.
∎ Supplier Evaluation.
∎ Items Category (Sourcing) - Local: All types of local raw materials, vehicles maintenance and parts, Safety items etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
∎ Experience in Relevant Field
∎ Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
∎ Ability to multitask, independently manage priorities and meet deadlines.
∎ Able to work productively, both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Excellent analytical thinking skills and problem solving abilities.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external stakeholders.
