Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular correspondence with the stakeholders/ local vendors.
∎ Able to calculate costing for printing materials/ Paper measurements/ Paper types.
∎ Collect competitive quotation from Vendor as per requisition.
∎ Collect updated paper price from market.
∎ Prepare work order & distribute to the vendors.
∎ Follow-up production/ Product delivery schedule.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience on printing & packaging & Pad, Sales Aid, Brochure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Self-Starter, proactive, positive.
∎ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary: Negotiable
