∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Experince to maintain ERP Software, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Delivery Challan & VAT Challan & follow up pending Challan.
∎ Conduct Delivery according to the demand of buyers.
∎ Oversee daily routes and improve route plans to ensure timely deliveries.
∎ Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
∎ Work with warehouse and transportation staffs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
∎ Perform cost negotiations with vendors and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions.
∎ Ensure that all transport vehicles are in clean condition.
∎ Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
∎ Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in distribution center.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Communicate with Factory Manager & Production In charge to know about Production plan to prepare delivery plan in advance.
