Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new trends or innovation in digital marketing;
∎ Basic knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS etc
∎ Customer Support Related Activities
∎ Managing a large number of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quality service, identifying customer needs, and assisting them with medicine and healthcare-related issues.
∎ Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
∎ Maintaining sales documentation of all the relevant data.
∎ Online Courier Booking
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
