Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create Quotation as per instruction.
∎ Provide excellent customer service to enhance customers experience.
∎ Dealing with Customers' queries and complaints.
∎ Quick respond to Clients' queries and complaints' through phone, email.
∎ Comply telephone etiquette with clear voice.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience.
∎ Maintain database of various clients, individuals & institutions.
∎ Multiple works as assigned by the Company.
∎ Sufficient knowledge in office management and administration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skill in English with proper accent.
∎ Good Typing speed.
