Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing introductory information to new customers
∎ Ensuring that customers are satisfied with services
∎ Following up with clients or customers to check that they're still satisfied with any purchases
∎ Letting customers or clients know about additional services
∎ Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions
∎ Escalating queries and concerns
∎ Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
∎ Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
∎ Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
∎ Overseeing the customer service process.
∎ Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
∎ Creating policies and procedures.
∎ Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
∎ Selecting and hiring new staff.
∎ Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
∎ Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
∎ Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
∎ Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Fluency and comprehension in written and spoken English.
∎ Experience
∎ 1 to 4 years of experience in the area of customer services in any others health care institutions will be considered as an added advantage.
