∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Face to Face Customer Support

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call all existing customers and give reminder about the company
∎ Explain products & services and answer questions from customers over phone
∎ Build and maintain strong internal relationships with customers
∎ Processing customer order requirements accurately and in timely manner
∎ Liaising with internal customers and ensuring commercial objectives are meet
∎ Promoting the Company products and added values
∎ Provide product information, pricing, lead-time and availability information for all kind of products
∎ Setting high standards in servicing customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Other admissible benefits will be offered.
