Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor civil construction and repair works at the factory and ensure proper execution of assigned projects.
Prepare construction drawings using AutoCAD, project proposals, BOQs, work requisitions, demand sheets, and project completion reports.
Prepare annual maintenance schedules and oversee routine maintenance activities.
Check construction-related bills, coordinate material requisitions and receiving, and ensure timely material issuance.
Coordinate with consultant engineers, L&S, the Project Department, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site-level construction activities, maintain project documentation, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Participate in departmental activities, KPI evaluation, Circle, Pillar, and PSM meetings, while maintaining company discipline and productivity standards.
