∎ Diploma in Business Studies in Business Studies
∎ Bachelor/Hons. degree in any discipline.
∎ Education qualification is relaxed for experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
∎ Provide parcel pricing and delivery information.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries and speed up delivery.
∎ Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have the ability to take challenges.
∎ Capable to handle inbound calls
∎ Capable to handle customers queries/complain instantly. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
∎ Respond to customers inquiries in a timely manner and update information with notes for each user.
∎ Receive and handle customer complaints regarding parcels, maintain and strengthen good relationship with customers.
∎ Handle customers’ orders coordinate with delivery team.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints to solve it.
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding parcel.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer Support.
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints as per direction & instruction of Sales Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have good typing skill (40 words per minute).
Salary: Negotiable
