Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Consumer Goods

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure existing customers satisfaction and searching new customers over the phone calls and social media.
∎ Provide proper information to the customers with ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs and provide necessary solutions.
∎ Handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Ensure Service Delivery through follow up process & updating documentations.
∎ Report time to time to the supervisor for complicated issues.
∎ Achieve the daily target.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
∎ Prepare various report on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Honest, energetic, dedicated and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Excellent pronunciation and communication skill.
