∎ We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual for immediate appointment who will be able to assist Group HR & Administration and solely look after HR & Administration Department of Cardiff International School Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback and request etc.
∎ Ensure timely and professional responses to all complaints, request and queries received.
∎ Provide necessary support to enrollment of new students at Cardiff International School Dhaka (CISD)
∎ Ensure necessary service(s) for the existing parents and students
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaign.
∎ Manage social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, YouTube etc.)
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
∎ Render useful administrative support to other departments whenever needed by CISD management
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaign.
∎ Plan and initiate creative design, Brand promotion related activities.
∎ Web promotion related activities.
∎ Manage and maintain the company's owned media including websites, mobile apps.
∎ Create Banners, Images, Promotions etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media and Email Marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Pro-active, smart, enthusiastic and career-oriented
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English
∎ Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), E-Mail Management, HRIS, ERP
∎ Disciplined, Energetic, Good Negotiator, Honest, Team Player, etc.
