Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for booking and purchasing airline tickets, making reservations at local and foreign hotels, changing reservations as needed, and resolving any problems that might result in more bookings or reservations.
∎ Maintain relationships with airlines and civil aviation authorities.
∎ Provide the necessary support for visa and package tour processing for the team or individual employee.
∎ Ensure a transport management system (maintain the company cars, drivers, services and maintenance, and other transport-related issues).
∎ Check various types of bills such as OT, sales, car fuel, service and maintenance, and so on.
∎ Keep sound communication with the plant administration.
∎ Responsible for any duties assigned by the management.
