Job Responsibilities:
∎ To do day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, safety, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ Have to deal with BEPZA Authority
∎ To maintain security & safety within the office premises.
∎ To maintain & up to date all necessary licenses, and renewal of contracts.
∎ To prepare all type of official notice, circular, memos, and drafts.
∎ To ensure logistic Support for all departments.
∎ To maintain good rapport with Government & Non-Government officials.
∎ To arrange timely submission of all utility bills like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal etc. and maintain proper records thereof.
∎ To check all the register those are maintained in the security post.
∎ To ensure canteen management and provide superior service for important guest.
∎ Assist admin manager in all administrative activities of the factory.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ EPZ based candidates will be given preferance
∎ Experience in Garments will be given extra Preference
∎ Good team player, well-organized, energetic, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of General Administration.
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office and IT related areas
