Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Masters in Any discipline with relevant experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare HR & Admin Action Plan in consultation with Manager.
∎ Plan and develop systems and procedures to establish standard HR practice and administrative functions.
∎ Coordinate with departmental heads to conduct training need analysis (TNA) and prepare training plan and schedule.
∎ Arrange orientation, in-house and external training session and conduct in-house training for staffs.
∎ Motivate and counsel the staff to reduce job stress.
∎ Look after attendance, leave management and disciplinary action in compliance with company's policy.
∎ Keep up to date all types of License (Environment certificate, Fire license, Trade license) and liaison maintain with local govt. Administration and law in force department.
∎ Maintain liaison with legal authorities and govt. agencies as a representative of the company.
∎ Look after recruitment functions and coordinate with the Corporate HR for recruitment issues.
∎ Conduct job analysis and job evaluation and managing performance appraisal of the staffs for increment, promotion, demotion, termination etc.
∎ Arrange protocol for higher official delegates including arrangement of their accommodation, foods, transport and other logistic supports.
∎ Look after security, safety and cleanliness of the office indoor, outdoors.
∎ Arrange meeting, seminar, workshops and event management programs.
∎ Arrange Internal Coordination Meeting (ICM), Monthly Coordination Meeting (MCM), Preparing minutes and follow up other administrative activities.
∎ Maintaining coordination and liaison with consultant and other departments to implement ISO activities as per SOP.
∎ Provide support to other department and assist others to achieve the organizational goal and objectives.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by the management.

∎ Skills Required: Administration, COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, General HR, Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ HR, Administration, facility management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Service Sector.
∎ Hard working and self motivated.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Attentive to detail.
∎ Must have the willingness to work in factory located in Sirajganj.
