Educational Requirements:
∎ 1. Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
∎ 2. MBA in HRM or PGDHRM degree will be treated as added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin HR, HR and compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the entire Administration Department in the Factory office.
∎ Maintain liaison with different govt. offices & local law enforcing agencies (power, water, gas, telephone etc).
∎ Supervise the activities of the Administration Staffs in all Factories. And also look after their performance management, performance appraisal and career progression issues in consultation with the Top-Management.
∎ Analyze data of expenditure and take remedial action to control the cost.
∎ Look after the performance of Common Service Staffs like Security Guards, Drivers, Office Assistant, Peon etc.
∎ Ensure the Proper Management of office equipment.
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
∎ Execute company's administrative plans, policies and decisions taken by the management.
∎ MRS posting computer and Monthly report preparing.
∎ Monthly & Yearly inventory preparing.
∎ Providing full information about the availability of materials & goods etc. where so necessary by maintaining proper stores record with help of store ledger etc

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
