Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining all records of chamber activities and memberships.
∎ Scheduling meetings, preparing board meeting minutes & documentation.
∎ Maintaining relationship and do various filings with Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, DTO, Australian High Commission and AUSTRADE
∎ Keep correspondences with different government and private organizations including foreign institutions.
∎ Assist members with inquiries, renewals, and onboarding new members.
∎ Organizing and coordinating chamber events, meetings, and conferences.
∎ Managing communication channels, including newsletters, social media, and website updates.
∎ Supporting the chamber's advocacy efforts and engaging with local businesses and government officials.
∎ Overseeing the chamber's budget, financial records, and dues collection.
∎ Promoting chamber programs and initiatives to the Business Community.
