∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for front desk: receiving visitors and suppliers, direct incoming calls
∎ Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange meetings and appointments
∎ Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
∎ File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
∎ Make arrangement for international visitors
∎ Coordinate cleaning and kitchen staff and ensure office cleanliness and hygiene
∎ Coordinate driver duties for 1-2 office vehicles
∎ Coordinate timesheet and leave management for all staff
∎ Maintain an e-filing system
∎ Make travel arrangements
∎ Document expenses and hand in reports
∎ Coordinate occasional event management (seminars, workshops, dinners)


Salary: Negotiable
