Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guest in a warm and professional manner.
∎ Receive all incoming letters, parcel and ensure daily PABX services.
∎ Control telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
∎ To provide accurate information about doctors, sitting time, departments, location of services provided etc.
∎ Answering telephone calls and dealing with face to face conversation politely.
∎ Coordinating patients with admission procedures.
∎ Dealing with all requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
∎ Scheduling appointments for patients.
∎ Maintaining a clean reception area to show a professional image.
∎ Making sure that the appointments system runs smoothly.
∎ Checking patients in and out.
∎ Accurately collecting information and personal details about patients.
∎ Arranging any necessary follow up appointments for patients with hospitals or with other healthcare professionals.
∎ Detailed job responsibility will be given at the time of joining.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
