Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchasing dyes chemicals.
∎ Providing RFQ (Request for Quotation) to suppliers, collecting the price quotation and preparing the comparison statement (CS) and negotiation with actual vendors & placing the order through the authority approval.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers to minimize cost, lead time, and ensure a quality product and time supplies.
∎ Take procurement-related approval as per the table of authority.
∎ Follow up local purchase and vendor selection for the various purchase-related matters.
∎ Follow up daily stocks and nonmoving goods to ensure proper stock keeping.
∎ Review "Chemical Test Report" of all purchased chemicals before storing them.
∎ Planning of delivery schedule and inventory controlling & Optimization.
∎ Collecting regular market information and analyze market trends for availing best market opportunity.
∎ Develop sourcing tools for ensuring competitiveness and the best value for money.
∎ Sourcing for new material and supplier.
∎ Take quick action for short lead-time order.
∎ Assess the product cost with the current Market price.
∎ Check work order price with the approval matrix.
∎ Close follow up with Maintenance and concern stakeholder.
∎ Working with Store dept. closely to use excess goods in order to reduce excess inventory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office, e-mail operation.
