Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for a good running office in general.
∎ Responsible for a good running order administration.
∎ Responsible for a good production planning and accurate departure of orders according to agreed timetable.
∎ Supervising and instructing office employees.
∎ Supervising and instructing warehouse managers.
∎ Responsible for daily monitoring of the production goals of artisans groups.
∎ Working according company procedures and constantly advice employees to do the same.
∎ Advising the director in improving of the administration and production process.
∎ Keep direct contact with international buyers.
∎ Prepare operation budget in a cost effective manner.
∎ Ensure operations as per process instruction and maintain documents in line with requirements and company policy.
∎ Officer understands the importance of sustainable production and has interest to improve this process where possible.
∎ Discharge such other functions as may be assigned to this post by the director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Speaking English on a professional level.
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in production planning in the garment industry.
∎ Experience in leading a department in a bigger company.
∎ Sense for numbers and a good calculator.
∎ Living in Dhaka.
