Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer call management
∎ Customer acquisition
∎ Paper receiving and sharing: HR and Higher study
∎ Ensure customers' agreement paper and video recording (Authorized by Sultan bhai and Shuhash)
∎ Communications with SNE (Report to Sultan bhai and Shuhash)
∎ Communication with respective head of the Department as required
∎ Management and communication for customer flight
∎ Sharing customers agreement and video within 12 hours
∎ Language course enrolment and manual payment process (person without card access)
∎ Invoice management: Manual payment process documentation for HR and Higher Study clients
∎ Payroll and Office expenditure management.
∎ 40% sales call.
