Counseling, Customer Support/ Client Service, Hospital and clinic, Hospital Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Clinic, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Receiving patients & visitors queries and forwarding to concern department.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel.
∎ Communication skill not limited to cellular, verbal e-mail.
∎ Energetic and enthusiastic to ensure the quality of service to our patients/ clients, problem identification and resolution.
∎ Relationship development with patient & visitor.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential patient to achieve maximum potential of KAMPS.
∎ Required to perform according to the training and guidance given for better productivity & efficiency
∎ Organize and attend the Indoor & outdoor health meeting when necessary.
∎ Perform other helpful activities for organization as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
