Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all appointments and meeting schedules and updating regularly.
∎ Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements.
∎ Must have proficiency in computer operation- knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, Internet browsing.
∎ Bangla typing speed 20-25 word per minute.
∎ English typing speed 30-35 world per minute.
∎ Receive documents and maintain register of documents received.
∎ Do secretarial jobs like:-
∎ Filing documents, drafting correspondence, Scheduling appointments.
∎ Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
∎ Providing information to callers.
∎ Following-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Any other secretarial tasks are relevant to this role given by the Management.
∎ All Commercial Work
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
