∎ JOB PURPOSE: Supporting and implementing different strategic initiatives under the office, including driving the organisation-wide annual/mid-year goal and reflection exercises, development of strategic briefs/reports, and assisting in executing the nascent project management function from the Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities as an Office Executive of the Company.
∎ Recruiting employees, man power and business development
∎ Attend inbound/outbound calls to the prospective to the Client's business & perform every call actively to solve client's requirements.
∎ Responsible to provide welcoming atmosphere to valued clients with warm assistance, efficiently, courteously and professionally
∎ Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to develop the business.
∎ Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information and Day to day follow-up.
∎ Writing and proofreading creative copy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
