∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ Skills Required: General Administration, Human Resources

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, HR and Admin

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR operations (grievances, leaves, attendance, all kind of letters, contracts, renewals, day to day activities, etc.)
∎ Overall payroll management (salary, bonus, increment, incentives etc.)
∎ Overall compensation & benefits management (PF, gratuity, insurance, medical, leave encashment & others)
∎ Overall statutory compliance & local labor law
∎ Performing secretarial & clerical duties and provide administrative support to the company with activities such as typing, filing, mailing, minute taking and record keeping.
∎ Other activities as per department Head's instructions and need of company
∎ Need to be flexible about working hour.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
