Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseas Communication Skill over phone & e-mail.
∎ Coordinate all national and International correspondence.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, explain services, and communicate face to face and over the phone with our valued customers in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Ensuring as much as possible physical presence in activation to ensure supervision and monitoring.
∎ Day-to-day correspondence/communication of customer service related matters.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Willingness and availability to do work on as per management decision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
