Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in computer science from any university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding English and Writing Skills-Specially overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming emails (Email Writing, preparing email Draft etc). Preparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes or packages operating office equipment such as photocopier and printers book keeping and Price Quotation, Proforma Invoice, issuing invoices etc.
∎ Proper Computer Operating Knowledge-Specially Operating company software (Training Provided).
∎ Working Knowledge on Adobe Photoshop-Specially Editing Photoshop Image.
∎ Working Knowledge on Microsoft Excel-Working with Existing documents or New documents.
∎ Working Knowledge on Microsoft Word (file format doc, docx)-Working with Existing documents or New documents.
∎ Knowledge about Convert File Format- Specially converting PDF to Doc / Docx, Combined PDF, Etc.
∎ greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere
∎ Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices organizing and
∎ maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
∎ Overall monitoring office system and dictations performing an inventory of office supplies and order of needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ No Experience Required
∎ Well communicate with English Language, Computer Operating, MS Excel, MS Office.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20,000 - 30,000 (Monthly)
Salary Range Will be Negotiable with applicant.
