∎ Diploma in Civil engineering from any Gov. Polytechnic Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare BOQ of Civil construction work with analysis & detail estimation.
∎ Basic knowledge about Gov. Tender project estimation with Analysis.
∎ Known about rate schedule of PWD, MES, BPDB, BGP & any others.
∎ To prepare market rate analysis & percentage of profit / loss statement.
∎ Materials costing & analysis
∎ To prepare analysis report on MS Excel, MS word & others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Construction & Consulting Firm, Real Estate & Steel Structure
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Must have literacy in computer, MS-office, e-mail and software uses
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-motivated.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintaining deadlines.
