∎ University graduates in Science/Commerce major.
∎ Good communication skills and fluent in English language.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with office staffs and top management in a daily basis.
∎ Make meeting and work schedule and relevant notes with staff members and MD.
∎ Coordinating admin and HR related work, keeping records etc. within the company.
∎ Coordinating and assisting all follow up works and reporting instructed by MD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Basic knowledge and understanding of International trading activities mainly in industrial machineries, production raw materials, chemicals in toiletries, aluminum, stainless steel etc. in Bangladesh market.
∎ Well experienced in office management job.
∎ Computer knowledge is a must.
∎ Honest and sincere.
