Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check the manpower attendance physically and match it with daily software-based attendance reports. Inform central HR if there is any discrepancy and update the system accordingly. File, Ensure and maintain all the documentation of the worker recruitment process during hiring. Ensure workers have all kinds of leave and maintain all the related documents accordingly. Ensure proper and safe housekeeping on the production floor, and inform to housekeeping supervisor to ensure it, if any discrepancy is observed. Ensure proper health & safety on the production floor for all employees. Ensure daily compliance activities on the production floor and follow this accordingly. Respect the Company's Policy, Rules and regulations and follow them accordingly. Complete the entire task given by the management from time to time. Ensure office supplies and stationery and distribute them properly. Update production report on daily basis.
