Experience:
Basic knowledge of office management and record keeping.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable, punctual, and organized.
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to understand the minimum English language.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
Deliver and collect files, letters, and other materials within the office and to external parties when required.
Support the HR/Admin team in routine clerical duties.
Help in preparing meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary arrangements (stationery, refreshments, etc.) are in place.
Ensure office premises, furniture, and equipment are kept clean and well-maintained.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for any repairs or cleaning needs.
Maintain cleanliness of pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Monitor and maintain records of office supplies such as stationery, drinking water, and pantry items.
Inform the admin or procurement department when restocking is required.
Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are properly attended to.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests during meetings or office hours.
Assist in handling courier services (incoming and outgoing).
Support administrative arrangements for office events, meetings, or travel logistics.
Assist in minor office errands or tasks assigned by supervisors.
Ensure all confidential information handled is maintained with discretion.
