Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.

  • Deliver and collect files, letters, and other materials within the office and to external parties when required.

  • Support the HR/Admin team in routine clerical duties.

  • Help in preparing meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary arrangements (stationery, refreshments, etc.) are in place.

  • Ensure office premises, furniture, and equipment are kept clean and well-maintained.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for any repairs or cleaning needs.

  • Maintain cleanliness of pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.

  • Monitor and maintain records of office supplies such as stationery, drinking water, and pantry items.

  • Inform the admin or procurement department when restocking is required.

  • Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.

  • Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are properly attended to.

  • Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests during meetings or office hours.

  • Assist in handling courier services (incoming and outgoing).

  • Support administrative arrangements for office events, meetings, or travel logistics.

  • Assist in minor office errands or tasks assigned by supervisors.

  • Ensure all confidential information handled is maintained with discretion.
