Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project and Task Management (Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines)
∎ Management Information System (MIS) Reporting (Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence)
∎ Communication and Relationship Management (Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls)
∎ Executive Assistance (Meeting Minutes Management, Calendar Management, Email Management, etc.)
∎ Managing organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
∎ Hosting or presenting webinars and organizing events, conferences etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (well pronunciation and soft voice over)
∎ Technology savvy skills (Usage Business Application, Social media savviness, Search engine knowledge, Hosting virtual meetings,
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
∎ Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize daily work
∎ High integrity, Self-Motivated, proactive and Balanced conduct
