Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a custodian of all the assets of the office and handover the lock keys to the assigned security personnel
∎ Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized throughout kitchen, conference rooms, stock and storage rooms/closest, and communal areas
∎ Oversee and order office supplies, anticipating requirements, stocking supply stations, and making sure equipment is in working order
∎ Maintain cleanliness of the office properly in association with cleaners .
∎ Check water filter/purifier is working properly and filled with water
∎ Maintaining files as well as bring and deliver inter-departmental official documents
∎ Report to concerned authority if anything lost/damaged
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience in the similar role will be given preference
∎ Flexible regarding work hours
∎ Comfortable handling confidential information
∎ Age between 18 to 25 on 1 September 2022
