Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong Documentation Skills English and Bangla for create the Policy, Procedures, and Standards etc. Also maintaining the proper documentation, tracking, and keep record managements due to follow the company procedures.
∎ Fast input and quick document creation skills required.
∎ Strong programing skills for MS DOC and would like to manage Excel using by any programing.
∎ Maintaining record keeping accurate and up-to-date files and databases. Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
∎ Ensuring compliance for all documentation adheres to company policies and relevant standards.
∎ Maintaining general office files, including project related files, suppliers / vendor files, and landowner / client files related to the company’s operations.
∎ Maintaining the security of all company documents and records. Also ensuring the confidentiality and security of all documents/ files and filing systems.
∎ Providing regular reports on document status to the respective manager.
∎ Purpose of the Job: For creating Documents, organizing, managing, and maintaining documentation related to organizational processes, procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.

∎ 1. A four-year college degree in business administration or a relevant area of study
∎ 2. Minimum of three years of previous experience in a similar role
∎ 3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure
∎ 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
∎ 5. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
∎ 6. Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
∎ 7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office platforms and also strong and fast typing skills
∎ 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize own workload
