Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Management Trainee Officer gains knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under the direction of experienced personnel by performing the following duties which include but are not limited to completing all assigned tasks, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation.
∎ Ability to handle telephone, email, social media enquirers from prospective Internationally correspondence independently and timely.
