- Age 25 to 35 years
Must have a sense of responsibility to lead the nursing staff and department.
Able to work well and lead the team.
Responsible for multi-dimensional tasks.
Responsibilities & Context:
Day-to-day management of nursing operations of the Hospital ensuring optimum level of staff availability round the clock.
Support in recruitment and retention of nursing staff.
Budgeting and Management of OT/Ward materials & resources (stores, crash carts, linen etc.).
Ensure patient-centric, safe, and compassionate care in all departments of the Hospital.
Conducting regular hospital rounds and work in close collaboration with other clinical and support departments.
Ensure the highest standard of Nursing through continuous coaching, training & development of team members.
Implement Quality Control processes and Infection control in OTs and Hospital wards.
Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.
