Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Academic performance of Nursing Institute Students.
∎ Ensure 100% students enrolment
∎ Class conduct as per routine
∎ Assist NI Principal in develop & implementation of yearly plan and budget of Nursing Institute.
∎ Ensure discipline of Nursing Institute.
∎ Ensure completion academic syllabus with all targeted class/sessions
∎ Perform as House tutor or hostel super
∎ Ensure better academic performance of Nursing Institute.
∎ Arrange all types of program of Nursing Institute.
∎ Assist the principal during any external visit
∎ Ensure co-curricular activities for students
∎ Protect all assets of Nursing Institute.
∎ Complete all exam with develop questioner
∎ Assist the principal for disciplinary action
∎ Assist principal in reporting
∎ Communication with BNMC and also AHL Management
∎ Support AHL Management through important information or opinion for development of AHL Nursing Institute.
∎ Rapport building with guardian of students.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
