As Matron in Reputed Hospital, Nurse Incharge, Supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day-to-day management of nursing operations of the Hospital ensuring optimum level of staff availability round the clock.
∎ Support in recruitment and retention of nursing staff.
∎ Budgeting and Management of OT/Ward materials & resources (stores, crash carts, linen etc.).
∎ Ensure patient-centric, safe, and compassionate care in all departments of the Hospital.
∎ Conducting regular hospital rounds and work in close collaboration with other clinical and support departments.
∎ Ensure the highest standard of Nursing through continuous coaching, training & development of team members.
∎ Implement Quality Control processes and Infection control in OTs and Hospital wards.
∎ Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Must have updated registration from BNMC.
∎ Good Communication Skill.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
