∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Nursing from reputed institute.
∎ Additional training/degree/qualification in the relevant field will be added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the supervision of subordinate Nurses
∎ Allocating work-encouraging staff development, ensuring Hospital policies are followed properly and accurately
∎ Use extensive practice experience to plan and provide skilled and competent care that meets patients' health and social care needs, involving other members of the healthcare team as appropriate
∎ Ensure the provision of continuity of care, including follow-up visits
∎ Assess and evaluate, with patients, the effectiveness of the treatment and care provided and make changes as needed
∎ Work independently, although often as part of a healthcare team
∎ Make sure that each patient's treatment and care is based on best practice
∎ Other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have people management skills
∎ Ability to sustain performance under pressure
∎ Ability to support development of positive team culture
