Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide medical assistance to the employees;
∎ Provide nursing care to the employees in case of minor illness;
∎ Assist Chief Medical Consultant in providing General health & First aid to the workers and staffs;
∎ Assist Chief Medical Consultant in making requisitions, monitor expenditure and record keeping;
∎ Check First aid box regularly and keep medicine as per law, rules & buyer's CoC;
∎ Provide quality first aid support to the injured employees;
∎ Provide regular dressing in case of work related accidents;
∎ Maintain maternity process register & provide antenatal check-up of pregnant workers;
∎ Assist Chief Medical Consultant in different trainings including Occupational health & safety;
∎ Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, compliance with law in Medical & Child Care center;
∎ Conduct hygiene related inspection & visit to Kitchen, Canteen / Dining area, tea room, production floor & toilet area;
∎ Assist Chief Medical Consultant in preparing quarterly budget;
∎ Carrying out the requisite treatment & medication.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply;
∎ At least 01 year experience preferably in Garment factories /Hospitals;
∎ Team player with proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work hard & control pressure;
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills;
∎ Result-oriented & strong desire for success;
∎ Should have basic computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, Power point;
∎ Ready to residing factory surrounding areas.
