Job Context:
∎ Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital (IIEI&H) has been known for about 60 years and is the largest multispecialty eye hospital in Bangladesh. The emphasis is on quality eye care for all socio-economic sections of society.
∎ IIEI&H is currently looking for bright, energetic, dynamic, and enthusiastic Nurses for Branch/Secondary Hospitals of IIEI&H.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and receive patients with smiling face, counsel patients and their attendants properly, fill-up necessary forms, maintain files, keep data and record in the registers.
∎ Monitor registers and patient-file for handover of charges, documentation of vital signs, administration of drugs, diagnostic tests, and proper record keeping with name of personnel, date & time.
∎ Communicate with respective doctors about conditions of the patients and any treatment related complain of the patients.
∎ To collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery.
∎ Actively participate in programs for quality improvement in nursing practices.
∎ Provide Pre and Post-operative care to the inpatient as per protocols.
∎ Provide health education to the patients as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 01 (one) year of practical working experience
∎ Should have mental preparation for long hours services in stress situation
∎ Initiative and strong work ethic, Teamwork, Empathy
