Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking Nurse least 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. You will work closely with our medical team to serve sick employees & their needs and collaborate with our team to create effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong professional degree & skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment at any shift as per his/her routine.
∎ Provide first aid treatment to workers when required.
∎ Provide medicine to workers according to the prescription of the doctor (if available).
∎ Assist HR team During age & fitness estimation of new workers
∎ Maintain medicine consumption register for accountability.
∎ Properly provide health and medical service to employees.
∎ Awareness is to be provided to all first aiders.
∎ Dressing to be provided to the injured employees
∎ Measure blood pressure, weight, Pulse, Temperature, and EDD of pregnant lady/ expected mother.
∎ Maintain the accident register for any injury.
∎ Maintain pregnant workers' health checkup register as per doctor guidelines.
∎ Every day check all first aid boxes as per the item list to find out any short items and expired items available or not.
∎ To supervise medical centers properly and follow the guideline of compliance.
∎ Make sure hygienic environment of medical room.
∎ Conduct first aid and various training.
∎ Other tasks as and when given by the management.
∎ Perform shift duty which will be change in every week.
