Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide necessary treatment advice to the employees as per Factory doctor's instructions.
∎ Ensures the nursing of the patient and provides the health care within the factory working hour.
∎ Assist to the doctor at the time of first aid and others related training program.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records for all employees, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
∎ Offer emotional support and counseling to workers who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, or work-related issues.
∎ Develop and implement preventive healthcare programs, such as vaccination drives, to protect the workers from communicable diseases.
∎ Be prepared to handle medical emergencies and injuries that may occur within the workplace. Administer first aid and arrange for further medical attention, if needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skill and well behavior.
