We are looking for a qualified and dedicated NSDA Caregiving Trainer to deliver competency-based training under NSDA guidelines. The trainer will be responsible for developing skilled caregivers by providing both theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on caregiving courses (Primary Healthcare, Elderly Care, Child Care, Dementia Care, Special Needs Care) following NSDA curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools based on competency standards.

• Provide practical demonstrations and supervise hands-on training for students.

• Evaluate trainees’ performance through continuous assessment and final evaluation.

• Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports as per NSDA requirements.

• Ensure a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment.

• Guide students for job placement opportunities both locally and internationally.

• Coordinate with management and relevant authorities for training quality assurance and compliance.
