∎ আগ্রহী প্রার্থীকে কমপক্ষে এসএসসি / সমমানের পাস বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্সধারী ও কমপক্ষে পাঁচ বছরের কোন জাতীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক দাতা সংস্থায় কার/ জীপ চালানোর বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে । অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন নারী ও আদিবাসী প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে ।
