Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites applications from potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing “Provide Access to Quality, Inclusive and Gender-Responsive Education for Rohingya Children and Adolescents (3-18) through Early Childhood Education (ECE) and the Myanmar Curriculum (KG-Grade 12) in Cox’s Bazar project” for the following position:
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer.
Responsibilities:
Implement reporting system and documentation as per project needs
Monthly data collection, analysis report and periodic monitoring report for the project;
Ensure quality data to measuring impact of the project interventions through various approaches using both qualitative and quantitative process.
Measuring sustainability and reporting of different project interventions.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Conduct orientation to various development partners, NGO and government representatives and distinguished visitors on the Project monitoring, evaluation and reporting as needed.
To fill up monitoring report format of UNICEF and CODEC during the field visit/ store visit and monitoring
Overall coordination of activities (quantitative and qualitative) of different components of the project.
Creating structures for data collection and entry.
Prepare all kinds of report regarding Education Programme.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)’s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.
Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program`s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
