Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed polytechnic institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of Mold Operation and storing SOP.
∎ Co-ordinating with R&D and Mold Maintenance regarding any mold related issues.
∎ Looking after mold condition, lifetime and scheduling preventive maintenance when necessary.
∎ Mold productivity analysis to meet demand forecast and ordering backup molds.
∎ Keeping track of all molds and maintaining proper documents.
∎ Any other task assigned by incharge/ HOD regarding mold issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Monitor and manage the work assignments and personnel for the Plastic Manufacturing department.
∎ Monitor and assist with the establishment of tool samples and design experiments for new and existing molds.
∎ Coordinate and implement standard processes for tooling, molding, and process controls between company molding locations
Salary: Negotiable
