Job Context:
∎ A mobilize is responsible for spreading the mission and vision of Partner, connecting with the communities and mobilizing the under graduate and un skilled young energetic youth as per the mobilization plan laid out for each center for ensuring the achievement of operational targets in terms of quantity and quality and viability of the center.
∎ Job Status : Full time project based
∎ Job Type : Purely Temporary
∎ Job Duration : 01 Year.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate mobilization of students and ability to connect with communities and opinion makers in villages/towns.
∎ Identify catchment areas and deploy resources accordingly.
∎
∎
∎ Thorough understanding of vision and mission Partner and spreading amongst the communities in their areas of responsibility.
∎ Complete knowledge of demographic details of their areas of operations.
∎ Assist Center Head in organizing special events and works other promotional activities.
∎ Hold community meets, canopy meets and other mobilization procedures as per laid down SOP.
∎ Maintain a database of leads generated and daily conversions.
∎ Market scanning and gathering information of competitors.
∎ Interact with local NGOs/Govt. officials etc. to strengthen the mobilization efforts.
∎ Ensuring minimum batch size and achieving monthly enrollment targets.
∎ Update MIS on a regular basis for real time data flow.
∎ Update data on Lead generations and conversions as per the laid down MIS process.
∎ To mobilize to the potential candidate from the community to achive the perfect goal.
∎ Any other assignment given by the authority from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skill. Working Experience in Health Care Sector will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
