• Previous experience working in an engineering consultancy firm is required.

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

• Strong report-writing skills and the ability to prepare professional technical documents.

• Advanced presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational, team management, and task management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in business development, proposal preparation, or tender documentation will be considered an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review civil engineering drawings, layouts, and technical designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

• Assist in the planning and design of roads, drainage systems, infrastructure, and other civil engineering works.

• Prepare GIS maps

• Prepare technical reports, design documentation, BOQs, quantity estimates, and project presentations.

• Support feasibility studies, engineering assessments, and other consultancy assignments.

• Coordinate with architects, urban planners, surveyors, environmental specialists, and other technical professionals.

• Conduct site visits, review field data, and provide technical support for project implementation and construction supervision.

• Prepare professional presentations, technical proposals, and project documentation as required.

• Assist in preparing EOIs, RFP responses, tender documents, and technical proposals for new consultancy opportunities.

• Coordinate with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.

• Manage assigned tasks, monitor progress, and maintain the quality of technical deliverables.
