∎ Employment Status - Contractual (Minimum 1 Year) – The job is under SIG Global CSR project “Cartons for Good”
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspecting food and drink manufacturing processes to check for possible contamination
∎ Media preparation, broth preparation & media discard for Microbial testing
∎ Microbial testing of raw material, packaging material, in-process & finished product
∎ Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing
∎ Planning and carrying out trials
∎ Tracking environmental microorganism development
∎ Hygiene monitoring of production floor, employee & utensil by SWAB testing
∎ Correct recording, analyzing and interpreting data and regular circulation of lab reports
∎ Regular coordination and reporting to the SIG Global Team regarding quality management
∎ Preparing SOP for site activities and regular follow-up of its enforcement
∎ Performing calibration related work of Microbial Equipment & Machinery
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year is preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Must be willing to travel extensively in different locations including Dhaka and Gazipur
∎ Must possess good working knowledge on MS Office tools.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in spoken & written English and Bengali.
